Postage Costs Europe :
Well, I know that nowadays the high postage costs are really a pain in the arse for every record-collector who buys from foreign countries.
Unfortunately the only thing I can do about it is to offer you really fair rates without trying to earn some extra money from it !!!
All my rates are strictely based on what the german post actually charges me... plus a few cents for a solid packing.
I do send out all orders with the german post and the german postal service offers several different methods for mailing out records and is (in fact) quite complicated.
The following rates have proved to be the BEST and CHEAPEST, but can only be a rough guide, because the main factor is the actual weight of the records you want! Of course, this can vary from item to item
(a 220g Vinyl-LP in thick G/F-sleeve plus poster & insert compared to a 12" Single in a simple paper-sleeve makes quite a difference !) and therefore, I will let you know the definitive costs when sending my invoice.
Nevertheless, in 99% the following rates are what you will have to pay - so here are the votes of the Luxembourg jury (ahum, sorry... the...)
Costs for Postage & Packing: Europe
- 1 - 8 x 7" = € 4,-
- 9-18 x 7" = € 7,-
- 1 x LP = € 4,-
- 2 x LP = € 7,-
- for 'REGISTERED' , please add € 2,10 each

- 3-5 x LP = € 9,50 (not registered)
- 3-5 x LP = € 15,- (registered/insured)
- more than 6x LP = € 15,- (insured package, not possible for Greece & Switzerland)
Important:
Dimension 7 Records cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged parcel in the mail, unless you chose the 'REGISTERED' method. Un-registered parcels cannot be traced in case you do not receive them properly!
Furthermore, even 'REGISTERED' parcels are unfortunately only insured up to a value of Euro 35.00.
But, I have posted thousands of parcels in my live and cannot remember a lost registered one in many years - this is a pretty SECURE method !
If you wish to be completely on the save side I might even send you a FULLY INSURED package! Please ask me - I will supply the rate (they are expensive), but this only makes sense with a large order and I'm sure that in this case we will probably arrange a special deal for you anyway !!!
